Return & Refund Policy

We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with the seal intact.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged. Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For COD orders, refunds may be processed through an available bank/UPI payment method after verification. Shipping charges, where applicable, may be non-refundable.
